    hi madelyn,

it will get better, i am on week 9 myself right now and i had the exact same as u, i had all the side effects to be honest. You anxiety will be worse before it gets better, dizziness is part of it too, i still clench my jaw bit i think thats more die to stress myself at the moment. The side effects should start easing off by week 4, for me.it took a little longer and things got easier from week 6, but everyone is different.

Feel free to drop me a PM if you want to, i am always happy to help either here or in Private. I'm no professional but i have had a lot of side effects and hopefully help.

I hope this get easier for you soon x

Hey Madelyn, i experienced all the side effects like you when you starting, however i started on 10 as 20 is quite a lot to go straight onto. Either way, keep going and things do get better, for me week 1&2 was the worst and then things started to settle down.

The first few weeks are absolutely rotten and I wish noone had to feel this way. But yes this is totally normal, most people feel worse before they feel better on this medication and it does subside around week 6. Try and accept that you feel a bit wobbly right now, but this is just temporary and caused by the medication and you will feel better eventually because this medication does work.
