Dead Slow PMR Reduction Method?

HI ALL-

Just wondering if someone can post the latest method of reducing by half a milligram. I just cannot find it in all my saved posts, but would like to thank you again for your care and compassionate responses. I remember reading old and new dosage on certain days of the week. I am starting my descent from 7 mg, so I know it’s a tricky time. Thanks again to all, Amy

    One day new dose, several days old dose, one day new dose, 1 less day old dose and so on.

    I use a calendar and 2 different coloured pens. Mark Day 1 with the "new dose colour", the next x days with "old dose colour", next day as new dose, next x-1 days as old dose - rinse and repeat. It is a continuous process, not allocating certain days to a dose.
