Dealing with GCA&PMR&Sever Depression

Ive been diagnosed with these conditions at the end of July after over 12 month's of being mis diagnosed. Ive had to leave work as I'm only 52 and was a waitress, my symptoms and side effects of Prednisolone have made me severely depressed and volatile, I can't cope with all of this and try and work, please can anybody advise me what to do or how you dealt with working.

      Hi Susanne, I'm ok, having good days and bad ones, I go to see another GP next week the 3rd one in the practise, if I don't get the information or support I need then I will be changing surgeries again. I hope your in good spirits and doing ok.

    I did change my practice, but that's another story. I got nothing from my practice and they seriously misdiagnosed me. See my other posts if you are interested.

    So, if you are not happy with the advice you get, change. It's your body and your life. :-)
