Dealing with hemorrhoids
Posted , 4 users are following.
I've got it for years. now its getting worst. I am terrified with the idea of having undergo operation. I don't want to undergo surgery. I don't know if it's necessary, i am taking medicines and using some creams, but it does not make much difference.
Aside, i also experienced some other health problems.
Any help, any advice is appreciated.

Do you have a healthy diet with lots of vegetables and salad? Straining can make piles worse so a healthy diet helps. Also if you are carrying extra weight it can make it worse. Try and avoid sugar and alcohol, try to exercise regularly and also drink lots of water. Often a healthy lifestyle can fix this problem.

Some natural sugar is fine, but try and avoid refined sugars. Do you suffer with constipation? If you do, try and get some aloe vera juice and have a bit every day. Things like olives and avocados are good because they can soften your poop.
Try and do a bit of exercise every day, even if it is just 15-20 minutes. Yoga is really good for you. The more you move your body around, the better it will function. If you are sedentary, your body will start to develop problems. If you sometimes sit for a long time, every hour, just have a little walk around to stretch your legs.
