dealing with MSK

anyone had dealings with msk as I've been under them for quite some time(over 4yrs) they finally decided to look at a different part of my body which was my spine I've spoken to them today because pain is getting so bad not only am I in constant pain form the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep I get woken up by it. now they have had my mri results for a week and I'm not even going find out whats going on for atlest another week yet but the bit that's worrying me is the words they used it isn't super urgent why use the word super it's iver urgent or not they no I've got other health problems and using those words are now driving me mad. anyone else had them say things like that to them and everything be okay or should I acutely be concerned
