so basically this isnt my first time on here .. i been struggling with bv and yeast for so long its like i dont even know what to do at this point .. i feel like ive tried everything But vaginal suppositories .. i just got some nutrablast ones and the only reason i didnt try it from before is because with i guess the vaginitis it makes my vagina SOOOOO painful during any intercourse .. like to the point when i go to the gyno .. it HURTS more like Stings when she gets a swab .. putting a finger inside is always really painful i dont know if its because of the irritation .. i only use the suppository one time even though i know its suppose to be consistent but i feel like i barely put it in case it HURTS .. do yall have any tips for ppl who have to put those in but vag but have vaginitis ?..ill ALSO SAY WHICH MIGHT BE IMPORTANT .. is that during hs which was only 3 years ago .. i didnt know much about v hygiene .. i probably had bv one time before cause i remember smelling bad smells after my period but i thought that was normal .. ill use sweet washes to wash down there not knowing i was KILLING my vag .. so i think all that plays a part ive finally like a year ago stop doing all those CRAZY things and learned the right way .. seems what triggered the YEAST is when i first got diagnosed with bv the treatment started the yeast cycle

however I still have alot to know I BARELY know my body still .. idk how my discharge is suppose to look (as in whats my normal discharge) and i need someone to tell me if this looks like yeast because usually i assume
