Ive just started week 5 on 10mg citalopram and still struggling with the dizziness most days, sometimes all day then like today just the afternoon. Can anyone tell me when the dizziness stopped or at least subsided on start-up of this medication?

Dizziness is definitely a side effect of these meds, especially at the first few weeks. The dizziness should eventually start to subside n disappear but everyone is different so it could take longer.
I got pretty bad dizziness my first 6 weeks but was worsened by my anxiety. As my anxiety started to get better I stopped noticing the dizziness.

I'm sorry you have that. I never had dizziness with this med. What does your prescribing doctor say about that?
