just wondering if anyone can give some advice a couple of months ago my right arm shoulder was stiff as though i pulled a muscle over the weekend my boobs were really sore , my shoulder neck seemed alot better as though i was due to start my periods last night got in shower and my right boob felt very full and hard today it feels abit sore ???

You may have mastitis which may need antibiotics,but any problem like yours needs to be seen by a doctor.
