    Hi Christine,

i totally agree, I tried this the other day when I was feeling rotten and it made a huge difference, we must release different chemicals in the brain, it's hard to choose happy when y are sore but it makes a difference. People ask, how are you and I just smile and say I am getting there.

I have returned to work on a phased return, however I haven't got a car and haven't driven for about 5 weeks so am looking to hire a car for a couple of days to see how I get on. 😃

hope you have a very blessed day x
