Decided against venlafaxine

Booked an appointment for Monday morning regarding medication. I think i might try Again fluoxetine as i did years back.  Think at the time i came off it because i was a little hyper. But to be honest i could cope that. This setraline doesn’t seem to be doing anything as actually i have been getting more anxiety and obsessing this year alone. That was 100 then i decided to 50. So maybe i have caused this anxiety spike as o have been messing with my meds. ??
