I had decompression and discectomy surgery on my lower discs 7 days ago. I am still in a lot of pain, with pain going down my legs. I cant seem to get comfy. also I'm really worried to take the waterproof dressing off. I have internal stitches and steri-strips over the scar. I am just wondering how everyone else is or had coped with it. am I being soft..
