Decompression therapy - is it effective?

Posted , 1 user is following.

i am 71ex athlete who had cancer remission and fractured back L1-L5 which has stabiles but tremendous pain only when standing longer than 10 minutes  so I have tried PT, water therapy, acupuncture, pain drugs oxy, tramadol,, med marijuana, tens unit, and nothing has helped.

As a last resort consulted with a chiropractor( not a big believer) who recommended Decompression therapy ( not surgery) I have been told by 3 spine doctors not to have an operation. I am looking for peoples experience with this therapy.

i am 6foot 2 inches and weigh 250 lbs and wondering if this will be an issue. Your help is appreciated.
