Decreased sensitivity of the head of the penis

In October 2021, I had covid (if this is somehow related to my problem) and a month after recovery, I woke up with a morning erection, but could not move my penis. A week later, this problem went away, but then the sensitivity of the head of the penis decreased very much: if I slide my finger (or even the whole palm) with a full erection, I don’t feel anything, while I feel the frenulum and foreskin as well as before (I’m uncircumcised ). The erection became a little worse, as did the libido, but the orgasm remained the same. Before, when masturbating, the foreskin rubbed against the head and it brought pleasure, but now I don’t feel anything. I gave urine tests three times, the first two times - everything is fine, the third - the presence of bacteria and mucus. I went with the third analysis and my problem to the urologist, but he did not say anything about urine, but for sensitivity he said that this was due to frequent masturbation (every day or every other day). But even so, I tried to masturbate 2-3 times a week, but it did not help.

There are no redness or irritation on the penis, I wash it every day.

Can you suggest what could be causing the problem?

I'm a virgin by the way
