Decreasing back to 100mg from 150mg sertraline

i was on 100mg for a few months and i felt good but i had a little ocd so i thought maybe 150mg would make me even better, however after 2 weeks ive realised this isnt the case and i feel worse and i was actually happy on 100mg.

If i stop taking 150mg and go back to 100mg will i start feeling better like before when I was on 100mg? becahse right now i am very anxious and tired on 150mg

Thanks!

my doctor told me that when you increase or decrease the dose youll get the side effects all over again (nausea, tired all the time, heightened anxiety, feeling spaced out etc...) i would recommend staying on it for 4 -6 weeks for your body to adjust to it again, as for feeling better again on 100mg im not sure but i would assume if you reacted well to it the first time i dont see why it wouldn't work again, hope this helps
