morning all, I learnt last Friday that I'm definitely menopausal and to stop taking my mini pill. I feel completely devastated. I'm 50 next weds so finding it all a bit much as I'm still extremely maternal and obviously in denial about my age!! I just need some company as I feel a bit isolated.

Hey Kate, I think we all go through the isolated feeling. That's why I joined this group. It is a comfort to know everyone else is going through this as well. Tips on dealing with symptoms to having someone to gripe with.
Nothing wrong with feeling maternal , but at this time you should try to do more things for you. Do something you want, mother yourself!
