Deep wrist laceration. Stitches move like they are attached to ligament

I fell on some glass and severed two flexor tendons. Cut my median nerve. When I move my fingers, the stitches move like they are sewn to a ligament.

As you still have the stitches in it didn't happen very long ago, could be adhesions rather than being sewn to something.   Many years ago (over 40) I had a ganglion removed on the top of my wrist and had adhesions. This means that even now if I pull the skin backwards and forwards on the back of my hand it doesn't move very far but if I do it on the other hand it moves a lot more. If you look up adhesions after hand surgery or something similar you should find information on it and massage is recommended but only after the wound has healed. This advise wasn't available when I had my operation but my adhesion doesn't cause me any problems but apparently it can cause thickening of the scar and hand problems if it's left.  When you have your stitches out  or see someone medical you could ask about what you can do. Hope this helps.

Also, with the stitches moving, it limits my range of motion. If you could provide an email I can send a video. Thank you. I researched a little and saw the adhesions theory. Mine sounds a lil different than that so I made this forum.
