Definite Cure for Blepharitis

I am a long term sufferer of blepharitis and dry eye syndrome, recently while researching for treatment updates I stumble across a post by lynda79. The same post is on a few forums and she has figured out that a product called "wet ones" that contain an ingredient Benzethonium Chloride are a cure for blepharitis are a cure. Simple as that, it only takes 3.5 months of use as mentioned by other posters.
So as I am looking at the posts and checking out the profiles of the people who are making these statements about the mericle cure such as eileen64 UK, jenny_74 and the aptly titled Honjon..... I had a good think about things and today as I was going in to Sainsburys (A shopping centre) in the UK, I noticed a big advertised container on the way in offering free "wet ones" wipes.. Now I am no albert einstien or warren buffett and I dont like making predictions but I am a natural sceptic and my bull**** dector has all ways been quite good. I smell bull**** in the worst of a way and if you people just look at the comments these people are making and the replies and name dropping in thier posts you will sense something odd too.
I think we are dealing with a bunch of company promoting charlatans and i for one am not prepaired to put that stuff near my eyelids

Just a study but who would care about that right?

Don't worry about the mouse that died because he didn't have blepharitis.
This seems to be the only study done on Benzethonium Chloride. In the last 20 years.
Here is what the FDA say.
FDA should limit the use of benzalkonium chloride and benzethonium chloride for hand antiseptic use to only those products that are rinsed off the skin until such time as an extensive body of long term scientific evidence exists to demonstrate safety and effectiveness in non rinse, leave-on products.
Not scaremongering but providing a balanced argument about why I think people aught to be careful.

I have nothing to do with Amazon or the company that make Wet Wipes, but if some one tries to help me with a suggestion, & it works, then thats all that I care about.
The other thing that helps is liqued tears, & this was given to me by my Local Teaching hospital (N.H.S)

After a lot of time and patients reading about the many stories of people who this product has worked for, I have come around full circle. My conspiricy theory of companys pandering around looking for a way to capitalise on the vunerable now ceases to exist.. but only in relation to wet ones at the moment lol.
I hope at the same time that I had made a valid point, the world needs sceptics and suspician too you know!! and also its not unknown for marketing companies to advertise like this, Anyway in this case I am wrong and I admit it..

Well I just recently seemed to have gotten blepharitis(this past year) and had zero luck with the crap my eye doctor told me to use which is lid wipes(which irritated me even more) and a warm cloth(which burnt like hell)
So I've been desperate and trying everything, started with coconut oil and I had some improvement with it but not a lot. So I gave in and tried the wet ones. I've only been using a few days but it seems to be helping. Hard to say 100% just yet but so far I've had better luck with wet ones than absolutely anything.
