Definitely herpes

back in April i had a rash between my cheeks. it was sore but i put a bit of nappy cream on, it spread from one inner cheek to the other and then cleared up. I didnt think too much of it really, my partner did suggest herpes (i said i doubt hed given me that) and suggestee getting it checked but I refused and said I wouldnt waste their time and i wasnt going with a rash on my ar*e...

anyways, fast forward to august and the rash is back.. took a few pics and sent them to my bf at work. Rash is similar and similar place but not the same as last time. He suggested herpes and i looked and agreed. I went to the clinic and they agreed it most likely is but i could have had it years and it doesnt mean my partner has been unfaithful. Theyve given me aclicovir which im taking and im awaiting the official results.

it is only on one cheek this time and reading on the internet makes me think ive been very lucky. Ive had the sores and a bit of brain fog/feeling hazy. Bit of tingling but on my shin and headaches perhaps (ive always got one so hard to say) but im certainly not in pain or bedridden like some. Is it likely my outbreaks would get worse?imageimageimage

Typically, your initial outbreak is the worst of it. Following OB's tend to be less severe and longer in duration between OB's.
