Deflating your lungs

Hi

I wondered if anyone has found any good ways of "

"deflating" ?

I was doing OK yesterday until I lifted something moderatly heavy to move it a short distance, this has been enough to cause real problems with my lungs. My stomach instantly ballooned and this morning my face and neck are puffed out with big sunken circles around my eyes.

I've tried walking around the block , but my 02 levels drop to the 70'same as soon as I start.

Does anyone experience similar flare ups or any advice of anything that could help?

Thanks

Craig

Check in with your doctor Craig.

Just say all you have said here in this post.

The symptoms you describe are not tipical of a 'flare up'.

The doc may want to know what you mean by deflating also, so have a think about that one ready for when you see the doc.

Hope you have a good visit.

    I agree with Vee.

If you can't get to the dctor and the symptoms continue or get worse, consider the emegency dept of your local hospital.

I've never heard of deflating your lung. If your 02 is in the 70's, I would suggest an immediate ER visit. Not to be overly concerned, but this is a SERIOUSLY low level.
