Delayed menstruation but my mentsruation is always on time HELP!!

hi me and my bf did unprotected sex on November 14 and now im 22 days delayed i already did early pregnancy test on 16, 18 and 20 days of delayed and it was negative although im having symptoms like frequently peeing but after i peed it hurts feels like theres pressure or muscle tense and im experiencing cramping but not all the time, I am worried that i am pregnant im not ready for a baby my period is always on time please help
