Delicate (male) pelvic floor problem

I'm a 38-year-old guy whose had pelvic floor problems for many years due to anxiety. I go through ups and downs, though it doesn't bother me too much. Basically, it seems like there is an imbalance in my pelvic region because when I urinate the muscles inside my butt seem to be really overly-activate, and it makes it more difficult to for me to use pressure to pee, especially to finish. Occasionally I get anal spasms on ejaculation too and my penis generally feels weak day-to-day.

A few days go, I decided to try Kegel exercises more routinely to see if it could help. After doing them today, I have like a persistant "orgasmic" feeling in my butt (I know it sounds weird). It's not a bad feeling at all, but it I don't understand why it's happening. Maybe the feeling is connected with my prostate, but I think the prostate is deeper inside. Does anyone have any idea? (I suppose if it's a more-or-less good feeling I shouldn't worry too much). Thanks!
