HI ALL I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE IVE BEEN ON SERVAL DIFFERENT DRUGS IM ON PERINDIPOL 8MG AND BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE 2.5  WHICH USED TO WORK BUT GRADULEY MY BP HAS BEEN CLIMBING MY DOCTOR HAS NOW GIVING ME DELZEN SR 60 WHICH IVE ONLY BEEN TAKING THEM AFEW DAYS AND HAVE DEVELOPED HEADACE HOT FLUSHES RAPID HEART BEAT BUT SETLES AFTER A WHILE BUT THE HEADACHE IS CONSTANT WAITING TO SEE A KIDNEY SPECIALIST AS I CANT TOLERATE MOST OF BP MEDS ANYONE ELSE BEEN TAKING THESES TABLETS ANY ADVISE CHEERS .

    What are you doing to try and change what you eat and do Bloodpreashure tablets do not cure high Bloodpreashure I had high Bloodpreashure on the 10 Decmber last year I have lost two stone eat plenty off salds ,fruite,veg ,fish and white meat jacket spuds ,juice cartons and salerydaily Drink Beetroot juice and Drink at least 4 pints off water walk and go two the sauna every day my Bloodpreashure is 101/68 know was 162/92 Diets do not work you need two change your eating HaBbits  Bloodpreashure tablets will not cure your Bloodpreashure only maske the systems try this tacke your Bloodpreashure then Drink a cup,off Beetroot juice then go on a half hour walk then tacke it again and see if I am Wright or not smoke img is the worst thing anyone can do as is Drinking ,eating a red apple and a beetroot a day is 20 times better than satins good luck

    You can Buy Beetroot juice from Holland and Barets as all the supplements I use hope it helps
