dental implant punctures sinus resulting in bad odor coming from my nose

I ve had a full upper dental implant about 17 years ago (7 implants). Had no problems until two years ago when I detected real bad odor coming from my nose.

I thought it would not be a big deal as I went to see a ENT. Did all necessary tests and and found one implant punctured through my sinus. He prescribed antibiotics to clear up the infection. It did not work and he referred me to a Oral Surgeon who referred me to other Periondontist etc Ent also mentioned I probably would need to have the dental implant removed which would be major surgery and expensive and said I probably be okay to live with this.

I cannot live with this. Odor is bad and of course whenever I see people moving away from me I think it s because of the odor.

All the professionals I met with have all kinds of excuses to avoid taking my case.

Has anyone experience such an ordeal or am I the only one.

I d appreciate your input....Please

Thanks,Ray
