epersonalisation from weed?

Iv had depersonalisation for coming upto 2 years now, I'm quite sure it's slowly gotten better over the time and it's been affecting me less and less , but 2 years seems like a longer time to have this, am I going to be stuck with this for life? Or it it possible for it to keep fading away over the years until it's gone ?

No medication , no doctor or therapist has told me I need any, only for anxiety but I don't think that's my main issue, hell no haven't touched weed or drank since

I seriously doubt you are experiencing an effect from a drug you did two years ago.  My guess would be that you are focusing on it and worrying about it and exaserbating the problem.  So I would guess anxiety or depression and you might want to get a second opinion on medication.

I agree, your mental state seems unstable and medication might help to lift you out of that place.

It's not that I'm unstable I'm not having mood swings or panic attacks I have all the classic symptoms , don't recognise my self in the mirror my reality feels like it changed, familiar places now feel quite different .. Plus more all from one night of getting to high .. Felt it that night , thought I'd just sleep it off. That was over a year and a half ago

This happened to me! Exactly the same! I've had it for 2 years it's hell! Like I feel like I'm not even alive, I've heard it does go but only when you stop obessing over it! You need to.stop thinking about it ( so hard I know) but I think that's the only way out, meds made me worse!
