Can SERTRALINE help with depersonlization

    Yes! It's helped me so much. I had postnatal depression and anxiety and in April 19 I started taking sertraline and I didnt notice a difference in the 1st month but I did in the 2nd and onwards.

    it really does make a difference if you are just patient with it. for weeks I was annoyed because nothing changed but I realized it is a marathon not a sprint. now I feel like a different person, dont get me wrong I'm not 100% but I am happier with how I am within my self then I was before April.

      Thank you !! This has been so difficult. So trying to be patient. Any suggestions on coping ?

      I know you dont want to hear this but you need to be patient, keep busy. surround yourself with friends and family or if u dont want to do that pick a hobby u could enjoy at home. knitting maybe. just to keep your mind off it. I found that distracting myself really helped. do you have kids at all, I'm only asking because sometimes that's can prevent you from just allowing yourself to do what you need to. as much as I love my son it took me a long time to find a good medium for both of us.

      i have a 15 year old daughter and its been so hard for her. Today was her meet the team for cheer and i was so anxious and depersonalized today I could not go. I FEEL SO BAD.
