Depersonazlisation help please

hi so something triggered me about two weeks ago and since then I feel like as if I'm not here. I'm on sertaline have been for many years 150mg but they dr put me up to 200mg about a week ago. Still no improvement. I actually don't know how to cope anymore. I feel as if I'm going to drop down dead or go blind or as if I died last week. Night time I can useless calm down quite a lot but the panic attacks are bad in the day. I don't know what to do anymore. are my pills going to work? or do I need sectioning. someone please help
