Hey there everyone hope everyone is doing great! From 2.5 years I am facing few symptoms :
1) fear from everything
2) off balance
3) dizziness
4) spinning sensation
5) cold sweats again and again
6) stomach issues like gas and diarrhoea
7) tirey feeling
8) heavy head, heavy eyes and stiff back
9) blury vision
10) concentration problem
11) shortness of breath
12) weakness in legs and arms
13) whenever I lie down or stand or even sit I feel my heart skipped a beat and if I don't move I'll die
14) while I am about to sleep there is a sudden jerk also I feel my body is too weak and if I don't move I'll die
15) feel like something's pushing me into bed.
Has anyone face/faced same symptoms ?

I suggest you go on an elimination diet for 2 months and see if your symptoms improve .
Stop coffee and all stimulants ,no more than a glass of red wine a day ,avoid all other alcohol drinks ,
Hope it helps

Yes I had some of your symptoms and more , I was almost going crazy too with all kind of fears , it takes time to learn that it's mostly self inflicted paranoia and learn to manage it.
You have to learn that you are not really phisically sick unless tests prove it ,otherwise it's your mind that creates panic and mimics real symptoms of disease ,that's what happened to me for more that 5 years , I did every test imaginable and they were negative . So I learned to ignore and disregard most symptoms knowing they were psycosomatic and eventually went away , that's when your mind gets strong and not impressionable by stress and anxiety . That's how you manage your mind.
I have created my own way to manage panic attacks before they start , in my mind I curse at the panic attack feelings telling them they are just fears and nothing to worry about ,and then distract myself doing other things.it goes away .
It's different for everybody ,you have to find your own way
