Yep..wake up with my jamas soaked in sweat and tinitus like a radio trying to tune itself. I feel drained even though I'm sleeping now. Energy levels extremely low. Been on sert since Dec..up to 125 now. Can't remember what normal feels like.

Yes definitely, even though I sleep pretty well now, I still don't want to face the anxiety through the day. Not knowing when is the hardest part.

HI every day is hard waking up ,as I have to be careful I don't go into hyperventation, 7 weeks ago I had a big panic attack, doctor has put me on matazapine, and escitalopram, husband brings a hot water bottle up everymorning, I have pills on bedside table to help, I am menopause, don't no if it,s that, I still haven't got over it, night time best curtains shut sitting on sofa lovely thick blanket, on I pad, but in back of my mind will I cope tomorrow,
