You are not alone, many of us here feel or have felt the way you feel right now. We all wish there was a magic wand for this but unfortunately we have to learn how to control our feelings and hopefully soon we can say goodbye to anxiety. Try focussing on positive things rather than dwelling on your current feelings. There are some excellent anxiety videos online, I use them a lot.
Take care

You will feel better, focus on here and now, not yesterday, not tomorrow just each day as it comes. We have to accept anxiety, you know you are healthy but your brain will play tricks on you so let it.
Take care

You are definitely NOT alone!!! I have been going through this for over 20 years now and just when I think I can't take anymore somehow I make it through. I try to focus on the good in my life as much as I possibly can. I don't know if you are getting help for your anxiety but if you can I would highly suggest it. Now what that means to you is going to be different than everyone else. For some people they can meditate or do yoga and feel great. For me, nothing I've tried has worked 100% and I have probably tried it all. But I will keep trying and keep looking for anything to give me relief. The only time I felt semi functional was when I was on a lot of medications and in therapy. But I know other people who have had success with herbal remedies or other coping techniques. So my first suggestion is to start a journal today and write down EVERYTHING. How you are feeling, physical symptoms, what you were doing when they started, how long they lasted, what you ate, what you drank, did you have a bad day at work/school, is there anything going on in your life that is more stressful than usual, anything you think would be good to write down and look back on later. It is sometimes helpful to write it all down and get it off your chest, and it also helps when going to doctors/counselors to remember everything you wanted to talk or ask questions about. I hope this helps in some little way. Good Luck!!!
