Its so dark and all alone the pain is 2 much just want it all 2 stop i see nothin ahead and lost track of wot 2 do.

    so sorry to hear you've lost your way confused

    what if any treatment are you having at the moment shadow, whats your situation, have a good rant on here and ill help if i can.

    i'm a fellow long term sufferer and am slowly coming out of a long episode, over 2 years 8) although with the tricks this nasty illness plays on us, some days it doesn't seem like i'm getting better cry

    anyhoooooooooos rant away shadow,

    You are not alone, there are many of us out there. I have anxiety and panics which has caused depression. one day you feel like your getting somewhere and the next you feel back to square one. I have tried everything and nothing seems to help, not even the tabs I am on.Think I may need to try a different one. Are you on any tablets?
