Depression relapse after being off of Flo for 2 years?

Back in 2016 I was diagnosed with physical depression (after many doc visits, etc.) based on daily headaches and stress i was having after a heart and gastric diagnosis.

I was put on 20 mg of Prozac. Long story short, after about a year or so of it, I made it through and beat the depression. My doc took me off of Flo 2 1/2 years ago. Since then I have had a wonderfully happy life.

Then all of a sudden I ( a non-drinker) had glass of wine Last Friday night which made me dizzy later than night and the dizziness seems to have created the headaches and exact same feelings I was having in 2016 that was diagnosed as depression. Had the same running headache and lethargy for 5 days now.

Has anyone had a relapse like this - out of the blue, after 2 years, for no reason? I guess I will have to get back on the 20mg of FLo.
