derealisation

Does anyone feel like the day went really slow and whatever you did say in the morning didnt feel as if you done it today.

    Omg,I've felt that.I haven't been diagnosed with derealization,but i have been having alot of the symptoms of it.I have to remind myself when I actually did some thing alot of the time or wonder did I actually do that then,do you find this too?

      Omg im exactly the same. Constantly telling myself this is what ive done, these people are my family etc..its as if i have to keep saying itto remind myself i have a memory or something..one Driving me crazy

    I think this is very common in depression as time gets slewed.  I don't have any answers though.  x

    I must admit I constantly forget what day it is and when I did things.

    My doctor even suggested that my depression maybe more to do with my forgetfulness, not sure what he meant though.
