I haven't really gotten through it because I'm still going through it. Sorry I wish there was something that could help us that I know about

I have this constantly too. I feel like im not really here and that i am going crazy and my mind is slowly losing control! My eyes constantly hurt and i cant focus which doesnt help! You might find it is your medication making you feel like this. This is my second time on Citalopram and i feel like this at the beginning but eventually it wears off.

Remember this derealization is a way of your body and mind protecting you and coping!

You will get through it x

I am exactly the same but you just need to remember you will not go crazy! Its just your bodys way of coping with the stress and anxiety by shutting it all out. X

It does a take a good few months for medication to really get in your system. I felt great after 6 months but came off them too soon which is why im doing round 2! X

I get it. I've been there before. I've been suffering with anxiety since 2011, and I beat it for a few years, only for it to come back this year. Right now, I know that I beat it once, and I can do it again. I do not do meds either.

Consistently remind yourself of how it feels to be happy and how good it feels to be normal. Strive for that feeling again and you will get there. Put yourself out of your comfort zone by doing things that your anxiety stops you from doing. Tackle it head on, and you can beat this.

No problem. I get how hard this is. I posted yesterday and some people on here are helping me get through this. We're all in this together, so don't ever feel like you're in this alone.
