hi rebecca how are you doing? i also suffer with the derealisation, could yours be brought on by hyperventilating? just with you describing dizzyness too. have you tried some breathing techniques? breath in to 3 hold for 4 exhale for 6 keep this going until you notice things start to feel normal again x

Hi i get the feeling as soon as i wake up with the dizziness combined and it lasts all day 😦 i will try the breathing techniques and see if they help. Ive tried a lot of things but i just don't seem to be getting any better. Do you ever get dizziness with it? thank you for your advice 😃

hello, yeah i get the dizzyness i find its worse when im rushing about the house doing chores so sitting for a while seems to ease it. are you on meds for the anxiety? these can sometimes cause dizzyness to begin with until the body adjusts. sending warm hugs x

I feel better a bit aswell when i'm sat down but my brains always worrying even if i'm not anxious. My GP said she wants me to try out meditation and breathing before medication but if it does not settle i will be because its effecting everything i do. Thank you 😃
