Dermo 200

Hi everyone. 

I had my 3rd appointment with my dermatologist last week and was given more pills and my dosage bumped up even though the pills would give me headahces (doesnt make sense does it) 

Anyways... he gave me hibiscrub once again and also a mosituriser which is dermo 200 and I would recommend it highly!! I dont know if it is my imagination but my scars and wounds look so much better!! 

I disagreed highly with the nightshade foods but hearing from others about how much it has helped them from cutting it out from their diet I MAY give it a try.. but for now I am going to enjoy my lovely sunday roast with LOADS OF POTATOES!!
