Dermoid Cyst

Hello everyone,

I went for a CAT scan about 3 weeks ago and the doctor found a 5x5x5cm dermoid cyst on my right ovary, which is also leaning on my colon. I went for the scan because I am having symptoms such as indigestion, gas, bloating after eating a meal, constipation, nausea, and pain. He thought maybe I had something along the line of IBS or IBD. The doctor says that the cyst wouldn't cause some of these symptoms (ex. indigestion, bloating after eating a meal), but I'm not convinced. Has anyone experienced something similar to this? Thank you!
