My 5 years old daughter has a Dermoid cyst on her right overy. To remove this without surgery there is any other option. If we go key hole surgey ther will be any problem . Or whether we have to remove the overy.

Oh poor little thing, I'm no expert but I've picked up a lot recently! How big is her cyst? I don't think they always remove the ovary & I would imagine in young girls they'd do all they can not to x
