Dermovate for vlp. Do you use it in the morning or before bed?

I've got vulval lichen planus, which I got under control, but am now suffering a flare, so it's back to the Dermovate. Can anyone tell me what time of day they think is best to apply the Dermovate? Being where it is, if I use it in the morning after a shower, then I always feel, rightly or wrongly, that having to go the loo during the day means it won't be as effective. If I use it at night, which I have done in the past, I have to go through the whole performance before I can actually get into bed! Which is best for you?

I always use it in morning if it's rubbed in right going to toilet won't make any difference do you use a moisturizer after applying Dermovate ? that should be a good barrier and always take some out with you so you can reapply after using the toilet that's what my dermatologist told me to do .

Thanks very much Gillian, that's really helpful. Yes, I use moisturiser every day. Would you wait awhile before applying it after using the Dermovate? I must admit I use it at home, but don't have anything to take with me when I go out. Thought about Cetraban that you can get in little pots. Thanks again.
