hi everyone.
long story short for the last 5 years i have been unwell on and off. always starts with neck pain either side of next, sore throat, extreme fatigue...
ive attached photos of my throat on various occasions. any idea what could cause this? ill flare up every 4/6 weeks and be rundown and unwell for a week or so.
its seriously impacting my life

Extreme tiredness could be medication, the throat and tiredness issues have nothing in common. medically or physically.
