DESPERATE!! foot and thigh warmth

For almost a year i have had a warmth on my left foot and left thigh. No burning or pain, very little tingling. I have been going to a PT for 9 months and i still have the issue. Two doctors, the PT and a chiropractor believe its a pinched nerve but i have had no back pain whatsoever. No sciatic pain. Most of the MRIs or X-Rays or CT scans have not revealed anything significant. EMG on my left leg revealed nothing. Skin to touch is cool. Warmth is felt inside my left foot and left thigh. Anyone have any ideas?
