Desperate, please help!! Folliculitis?? Not sure

hi everyone! i have just joined this community as i am beyond desperate at this stage. i have had a rash in my pubic area since april last year. i have been to two doctors & a dermatologist and they cannot figure out why it is not clearing up. i have been prescribed 3 different antibiotics over the past few months aswell as topical creams. nothing is working and i am so fed up.

i think the issue originally came from shaving the area and my doctor diagnosed me with folliculitis- infected hair follicles caused by ingrown hairs. in the beginning the rash was itchy and uncomfortable but now its just there. its caused me so much embarrassment. can anyone please help me !!!! personally i do not think it is folliculitis as i have tried everything recommended for getting rid of this skin condition. the image was taken just now. any help is greatly appreciated thank youimage
