Developed a soar throat/orange nodules at the back of throat

I got my wisdom teeth taken out last wednesday, and Ive been taking amoxycllin for possible infextion at extraction sites. This week i developed a soar throat, and when I looked at the back of my throat i noticed these orange nodules. Could this be because of my wisdom teeth removal? or the amoxycllin.

    Frankly i do have same bumps but i didnt able to figure out the root cause.my tongue is also white
