Deviated septum & chest pain

so ive had ongoing irritated nasal passages for 8 months waiting on a scan. ENT said i have a drviated septum only mild doesnt stop breathing or anything. so i constabtly have to swallow as i get post nasal drip and i swear its given me pain in my chest like aching, has anyone had this? cannanything help? my teeth hurt sometimes too. also when i look up my nose with phone light i can see one side of fleshy pink septum but not other much is this normal as its making my paranoid. so sick of feeling crap
