hey I completely understand I have those days too:(

Speak to your DR about your lymph nodes....do you get acid reflux in your throat? If so, try gaviscon or an antiacid with a probiotic.

I controlled mines by doing this first until I found the right probiotic and weaned myself off gaviscon and antiacid

that's absolutely fine I quit many probiotics until I found the right one. It's tough I know how you feel. Aloe vera juice helps too.

have you been referred to menopause clinic?

Hi - I'm on day 2 of starting a PPI prescribed by my doctor. I had a horrible sleep last night with a tickle/choking issue and wonder if that's associated with this Rx - also a really stuffy nose through the night. What made you have yo stop taking them?

hey how did your DRs appointment go?

      are you ok?

Had my gynecologist results all fine. But if I'm still bleeding heavily then they will do a procedure to burn off my lining! She said give it 4 months see how it goes after this procedure.

I asked her why am I getting my periods every 20/21 days! She said perimenopause does this as its depleting and some women completely stop or are light others are heavy and cycles are close. it's completely normal

      So rubbish
