Diagnosed SVT through ZioXT heart monitor, thoughts? 26 years old Male.

Hello! To share some data with everyone, I have been having weird hate palpitations for a few months and the vast majority seem to happen when I am going from a standing position to a laying down position. I ended up having to wear the Zio patch for 10 days. Within those 10 days the Zio patch picked up 9 occurrences of SVT which subside in less than 5 seconds, with the average heart rate of 125bpm. My heart rate was always in Sinus Rhythm. I did some exercise while wearing the Zio patch and my heart rate averaged 66bpm with 42bpm-145bpm. I am overweight (6'1, 255lbs) however I am physically fit. I have not heard from my doctor and with my work schedule I cannot be seen for about three weeks so I am hoping I could get information from this group! I am not even sure if my condition is considered Mild, Moderate or severe? Thank you everyone!
