Diagnosed SVT with Zio patch 26 year old Male

I wore a Zio patch for 10 days where it showed 9 incidents of SVT where the longest lasted 3.5 seconds with a max HR of 130 with the episodes but my heart rate is typically around 60bpms. Does anyone have experiences like that with their SVT? For the last several months have experienced heart palpitations along with fluttering then a strong sense of my heart resetting itself. This mainly happens when I got from a standing to a laying down position! It is freaking me out and would love insight! My doctor also wants to try me on 25mg of Metoprolo
