    Hi B,

I too have CS and have noticed that with water exercising, yoga, and an over the counter supplement called glucosamine/chondrointin has helped me manage well. Certain stretches as well. Confirm with your general practicitoner that the OTC supplemental would be of any benefit seeing as I am only a nurse and can not prescribe or diagnose. Just being in my scope of practice. Feel better!

Thank you so much for your advice. now startd on glucosamine/chondrointin . I have no pain at present. but find my balance not to good  feels like I sway a little.. perhaps that is due to the spondylisis cervical. it is moderate at  c4-c5. dont really know what moderate is? perhaps not too bad. thanks a heap for your info. I have CS. Yoga, gentle stretching exercises and leisurely walks are so very beneficial for me.

CS with myelopathy at C 2,3 and 4 (now fused at end of 2013). Herniated disk at C6.

    Good luck!
