Diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease but am concerned I also have Lupus

For the last year I have had chronic joint pain and muscle fatigue, reoccurring cyst in my left eye, high blood pressure, skin sores that will not heal, a reoccurring rash on my face and migraines. I've seen my GP several times this year and he has chalked it up to depression and anxiety due to the fact that I have two young children. He put my on Zoloft at the beginning of the year and hydrochlorothiazide two months ago. My symptoms were still not going away so I saw a Naturopath NP (a few weeks ago) in the area and she ran blood work that came back consistent for Hashimoto's Disease. About a week later, a friend noticed the rash on my face and asked if I had Lupus and suggested I get tested for it. I found a blood work test online (due to insurance reasons) and had that performed. I'm trying to get back in to see my GP in order to get a referral for a specialist. My results below came back for my normal anemia (See below) and the ANA came back positive with Course Speckled 1:160. I feel like my anxiety is turning me into a Hypochondriac. Anyone with something similar?
