I am confused, can't sleep and stressed!   I'm searching the internet about this condition, even drastically changed my eating regimen, removing all process foods, sodium anything to minimize the inflammation.  I fear that this condition could make me blind "worse scenario".  I start work at work at 530am and as you can see I'm blogging right now at 1:12am about my concerns.    Can I get some advise as a newbie?  I'm trying to stay positive but I have no support and it's hard.  Is this PMR a death sentence?

Rheumatoid arthritis or is it more than that?

I have Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, CRPS, and sitting disability.. I literally can not sit down!

Don't eat gluten, sugar, or dairy. Make your own ginger water. Buy organic ginger root, peel it, then dice it up like garlic. Buy R.W. KNUDSEN Just Black Cherry juice, it's great to have some before bed. The use those glass bottles to make your ginger water. I drink at least two 8 oz glasses a day. Boil filtered water, I use a Brita, stick a spoon in the top of a glass bottle and pour the boiling hot water onto the spoon into the glass bottle. Let the ginger steep overnight, add 1/2 filtered water then pour 1/2 your ginger water in your drinking glass. Ginger is a great anti inflammatory.  You can keep refilling the ginger water bottle and let it steep till you can't taste the spice of Ginger. Store everything in glass. Don't use the microwave, zaps 70% of the nutrition out of all foods. Take Vitamin B, C,. take about 1500 to 2000 mg's of Magnesium at night. Look it up though to make sure you buy the kind that has a couple different kinds of magnesium. Essential oils work great in all kinds of ways!

Try cutting wheat, instead replace with rice, you are on the right track regards foods. i believe it has an influence, although would never claim to be an expert, but lack of wheat does help me within hours of cutting out I notice the difference in pain levels.

STRESS, the worse thing you can be doing is stress about your condition, it is only going to make your Sed rate higher.  Yeahhh i can hear you saying thats a great idea but HOW!!!!!!, we all have that problem, and we have to come to a place in our heads that helps us individually.

PMR is not a death sentence, there are drugs that can control the condition, can be very hit and miss, but working with your Dr's you will eventually find the ones that help you.

I joke about my chemists shop of drugs, some I am allergic to, some make me itch like crazy, others have given me such high blood pressure it was dangerous and the lists goes on and on, but have found drugs that work for me and have been on them for 12 years now.
