diagnosis

Just seen a rheumatologist. Didnt seem impressed.touched my hand joints and because i didnt scream in pain scepticism.the diagnosis will rest on joint ultra sound. If it is negative i am expecting the diagnosis of fibromyalgia syndrome anyone been here

    My Doc didn't take me seriously, quoting fibromyalgia.  Rheumatologist listened more, and though it might be Psoratic enthesopathy.    As I did yelp whereever he touched, I think he was right.  It has made sense of some of the pain, as it is where the tendons connect to the bone.    My Doc seems to put everything down  to ME or Fibromyaligia, so I am going to make an appointment with another one.  I have now developed a tremor in my right hand. I don't know if this is a common thing with ME or whether it needs to be checked out.

      Interesting, I suffer with a lot of enthesopathy, which is not counted as a joint when giving you a score towards biologics even though I can hardly walk or lift anything with my left arm. I have now developed a tremor in my left hand which I thought may be associated but has been diagnosed as begnign essential tremor.
